Explore the new CEP data visualization features in Panopticon 5.6

Webinars > Explore the new CEP data visualization features in Panopticon 5.6

Peter Simpson shows how to use the new visual analysis tools and data connectivity available in the Panopticon 5.6 release. We have added new data visualizations as well as new data connectors and important user interface functionality that make exploratory visual analysis of multi-dimensional real-time and time series data even faster and more intuitive.

The latest versions of our Panopticon EX enterprise application, our Developer SDK for Java and .NET environments and our Rapid Development Kit track each other in terms of major features. This is a great opportunity to see how you can benefit from updating your Panopticon implementation or installing Panopticon for the first time in your organization.

Major new features in the 5.6 releases include:

  • New streaming connector to the Sybase Aleri CEP engine
  • Support for non-additive data sets and the ability to retrieve externally sourced aggregate values
  • Data on demand, which passed aggregation tasks to external relational database dynamically
  • SQL syntax selection
  • New Candlestick data visualization
  • New Open High/Low Close (OHLC) data visualization
  • Rubber band selection and zoom functions

All of these new functions and more are available in both Panopticon EX, the Developer SDK and the RDK. This webinar is an excellent introduction to these new features as well as a refresher on the major functions of our visual analytics software.
